By submitting this form and scheduling a detailing service with FarbForce Detailing, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Service Scope
The services selected during booking will be performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard techniques and products. Add-on services or unexpected conditions (excessive dirt, stains, or damage) may result in additional charges, with customer approval.
Customer Responsibility
The vehicle must be accessible and unlocked at the time of service.
All personal belongings should be removed prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
For mobile services, customer must provide a safe and legal location for the vehicle to be cleaned.
Condition of Vehicle
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse service if the condition of the vehicle significantly differs from what was indicated in the booking form.
Weather & Rescheduling
If weather or other conditions prevent us from performing the service, we will reschedule at no cost. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Liability Waiver
FarbForce Detailing will exercise the utmost care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn/damaged materials, or mechanical/electrical issues that may arise during or after the service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash and CashApp
